What is Harassment in the Workplace? Harassment in the workplace is a form of discrimination and may include offensive jokes, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule, insults, offensive pictures and interference with work performance. A successful organization requires positive and professional relationship between employees. Offensive behaviour among colleagues can damage work relationships. Such behaviour can cause high levels of stress and lower employee morale. Anti-Harassment Policy The anti-harassment policy expresses organization's commitment to maintain a workplace that’s free of harassment, so that employees can feel safe and happy. Anyone intimidating, humiliating or sabotaging others in the workplace will not be tolerated.
